Here’s a step-by-step of how you can use our services:

Create an order

1. Create an order for the notary service you need

  • We recommend creating an account with us, so that you can follow your order more closely, however we do have an option to use our services as a one-time “guest”
  • Login to your account/begin as a guest via the “LOGIN” tab in the top right corner of the website.
  • Fill in the order form with details of the signing.
  • After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received the signing request.

2. We assign you one of our elite notaries

  • Our staff will choose 1 notary from our team who best fits your  needs
  • Upon selection, you will receive a second email titled “Notary Assigned,” which will contain the name and contact information of the signing agent.

3. Securely Upload Documents

  • Once a notary has been assigned, the page for uploading documents will become available to you.
  • Documents submitted to our website are secured by _________
  • An encrypted link will be emailed only to the assigned notary to download & print the documents for the signing
  • You will receive a third email that we have received your documents and sent the encrypted link to the assigned notary

4. Track the Progress of your Order

  • If you have an account with us, you will be able to see, within your EHS dashboard, when the notary downloads the documents, arrives at the signing, and either mails or hand-delivers the signed documents upon completion of the appointment.
  • The dashboard will also show alterations in the appointment, such as a “no-show” signer or a change in appointment time per client request.
  • If you have ordered a notary service as a one-time guest, you will not have a dashboard to track these details, however we will always send an email to notify you of any major modifications to the signing.

5. Closing the Signing

  • When the appointment has been completed and signed documents mailed/delivered to the designated recipient, you will receive a “Closing Email” with any shipping details and a confirmation note. The Elite Home Signers Accounting staff will email you an invoice within 24 hours of signing completion. We directly handle all payments and tax reporting with our EHS Signing Agents, so you never have to worry about accounting communications with our notaries. Correspondence with the EHS Accounting Department will be done outside of the website, so it will not show on your account dashboard.
  • Should you need any assistance after closing the signing, you can always email with the Order # in the subject line.
  • If you have an account with us, the order will show on your “Order History” page as “Complete,” with the date of completion and a green check mark. If you ordered as a guest, we hope that you create an account with us, for future orders!
